Create an account
Download the ‘OrderUp by SalesVu’ app directly from the App Store to your iPad (If you have your iPad nearby, you may scan this QR code to download the app now.)
Once downloaded to your iPad, open the app and select “Create Account”
Fill out all required information
Connecting to Square
Once the app is loaded onto your screen, tap the OrderUp logo 4 times quickly to access admin mode
Tap the ‘gear’ (settings) icon
Tap ‘Connect with Square’
Tap the ‘Click here’ and log into your Square account (enable all permissions)
Locations services and Bluetooth must be enabled
The Square stand and swiper will automatically be detected. Note: If you are using the EMV contactless reader then follow these steps: Tap ‘Connect a reader’
Hold down the physical button until a flashing orange light appears
Wait until the ‘Status’ is ready or connected (it may take a few minutes to update)
Syncing your menu from Square
Tap the ‘gear’ (settings) icon
Enable ‘Push Order To Square’
Select Yes to ‘Sync Square Catalog’ (it may take a few minutes to update)
Tap on the ‘gear’
